No Unity, just Windows with strange decoration

Bug Description
I updated on newest version of compiz on up-to-date oneiric 32bit from ppa https:/
When i start ubuntu now, as it worked before in 3d mode, i see nothing, but the "global menue" of nautlius on top, but without unity panel or something like that. When i open applications (like firefox, or nautilus), they have strange orange borders (can be seen in attached image).
my graphics card is an ati radeon 4660hd, running with opensource-drivers.
