python-keyring broken on Oneric

I'm using lp api clients on oneiric without any apparent ill effects...

Possibly it's falling back to storing things in a plain disk keyring
which could actually be more stable overall...

I've asked the upstream bug reporter to verify that he actually had
problems (verses just believes there are problems because what he read).

The way the code is structured, I /think/ this would show up as a
run-time exception.

I can't reproduce the upstream reporter's problem. I've asked him for a script to reproduce it but I'm starting to think that his system is simply broken. I'm marking this as needs-info until I get something actionable from him.
