In the midst of all the recent changes, the search box has stopped working. This needs to be fixed.

I identified the source of the problem. There is an incompatibility between jQuery and the JavaScript used in Sphinx's search. This has been resolved in Sphinx 1.0.8 and the problem should go away once the site is regenerated with it.
