wifi doesn't work on battery for my netbook

Bug Description

i'm using 10.10 netbook remix. if I switch off the power supply wifi is still enabled but there is no data transfer. Suppose am loading a particular page in browser and i switch off the power supply the page stops loading then itself.

later on i found a strange observation. if i switch on wifi radar in between the net/wifi connection starts working normally.
