Bug Description
Occasionally we see a bundle deserialization error on the dashboard because a test_run has a duplicate uuid to another one. This shouldn't happen, and it does not appear to be related to the system time. The time is reasonably close to the correct time.

Will try switching uuid1() for uuid4() and see if that helps
