Lag when scrolling long title list

Bug Description

When browsing through titles via the scroll key, the list will keep moving even after you stop scrolling. Some kind of input lag... I don't know. It is however extremely annoying. This naturally only happens when the list is long enough.

With which version of Ubuntu are you seeing that? the scrolling works ok for me on Oneiric.
