Bug Description

Looks to be a compiz bug. Metacity works.

The issue is that windows do not focus correctly. Some do not go to inactive state when unfocused and some are stuck in the inactive state.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open multiple windows
2. Switch windows and observe the title bar.

Expected:
Window decorations will change state to reflect new windows status

What occurs:
Windows decorations are stuck in the active state.

Also occurs with latest compiz in oneiric. Button prelights only work when the window is maximized.

In oneiric, this bug occurs with the default theme (ambiance) and only when the window is NOT maximized

In fact this bug makes all window decorations 'freeze', not only the buttons. This means that when a window loses focus, its title color and the close button color remain as it would be still an active window. I have attached a screenshot to make it clear. Also sometimes a focused window may have decorations of an inactive one (gray title and close button color). It becomes impossible to find out which window has focus without actually interacting with one of them, which I think is a noticeable disadvantage in usability.
