Bug Description

Binary package hint: initramfs-tools

Invoking it like ``sudo update-initramfs -u -k all'' the `initrd.img' files that can't be update (for example, because the ``udev hook script requires at least kernel version 2.6.19'') will silently be truncated to zero size instead of leaving them alone.
