Bug Description

This is common across 10.10, 11.04, and 11.10. I find it very hard to differentiate between the scroll bar and the empty space on the bar. The colours are way too similar, and by quick glance I have trouble finding the bar.

A family member with eye trouble also constantly complains about the lack of colour differentiation of the scroll bar. I think this is an issue that really needs attention, since the idea of Ubuntu is to be accessible to everyone.

Compare Ubuntu's scrollbar to that of Windows, OS X, and distros like Fedora. You can easily see where to grab, but not on Ubuntu.
