Bug Description
Binary package hint: kpowersave
Running Kubuntu Edgy.
KPowersave 0.6.2
After installing kpowersave, there is an option for the CPU Frequency Policy and it works fine. But, after reboot, it disappears. If I stop/start or reinstall powersaved, the option appears again for 1 boot or so. Friend noticed the same problem on his laptop in Kubuntu as well.

kpowersave 0.7.2 in feisty now uses HAL for CPU frequency scaling and this should work now.
If you still see this problem on feisty, feel free to reopen this bug.
