Bug Description

According to comment #5 in bug #823819 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/utouch-qml/+bug/823819/comments/5), the TOUCH primitive needs to be made available to QML.
It is needed to work around the lack of "PressAndHold" support. See bug #826734

This will be possible with the new uTouch-QML update. Specify a drag gesture with a zero threshold.
