Bug Description

Unity in oneiric 11.10 is not usable with my ATI video card (I have fglrx installed). This was an issue in alpha stages of Natty but in stable edition was fixed. I hope that it will be fixed for oneiric too...
As for the problem, when I login It shows random black stripes and if i press "Super key" to open dash, then everything goes black. When I move my mouse it starts again the black stripes.
Also, when I open nautilus, the bar of the window ,with the close, minimize, maximize has a black stripe on it. If i open another nautilus then ONLY the one that has "focus" has the black stripe as you can see in attached screen-shot
Lastly as you can see in the image, the upper bar is completely transparent but the menus are working if i hover with my mouse
