Bug Description
Every once in a while, the windows do not have a border after ubuntu startup, which means I can't resize or move windows, which is very very annoying. Sometimes I can fix it by going to compiz config, add 'windows decoration', remove it again, repeat the steps, then sometimes the windows borders come back. Ubuntu is unusable if you can't move or resize windows.

This still happens. Every couple of days, I need to disable and enable "window decoration" in compiz. It's annoying.
