AT SPI registry not responding on shutdown every time running Eclipse

Bug Description

Each time I run Eclipse, I get the message "A program is still running: AT SPI Registry (Not responding)" when I want to shut down the computer.

I even have gotten the problem before installing Subclipse and Subversive plugin.

I have the same problem in Ubuntu 10.04, AMD64. No Suclipse or Subersive.
