Is there any particular reason why we should get this in? Are there any packages that depend on this library at the moment, in the archive? If not I don't see the point in sync'ing this. But if you find an archive admin to get this in for you, then I don't object. I'm setting this bug to Incomplete as I would like to see the answers to the above questions. In the future please set the bug to New. We use Confirmed when the FFe has already been approved.

Yep, sorry for the wrong status set.

The rationale is that libblurary is able to load aacs via dlopen(), I'm also working on the next upload of libbluray to Debian sid, which will add libaacs0 to libbluray1's Depends field.
