Bug Description
currently, when you launch gtg, you don't see tags. switch the workview button to solve that but we sholud not have that bug anymore.

fixed in rev 974.
This is done by linking the refresh of the tag sidebar to the task main view.
Stuffs might be optimized further by removing all the other tag refreshes.
