Bug Description

1. Go to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/824613/+attachment/2268835> and verify that the attachment is stored with Mime type "image/png".
2. Fetch the actual image post-redirect, <https://launchpadlibrarian.net/77023730/palette.png>.

What happens:

What should happen: The image should be served as image/png, not text/html.
