Bug Description

pt-stalk gives the MYSQLOPTIONS arguments to pt-collect.

However, this is wrong at the moment:
      ${COLLECT} -d "${DEST}" -i "${DURATION}" -g "${GDB}" -o "${OPROFILE}" -p "${PREFIX}" -s "${STRACE}" -t "${TCPDUMP}" ${MYSQLOPTIONS} -f "${PCT_THRESHOLD}" -m "${MB_THRESHOLD}"

it should be:

 ${COLLECT} -d "${DEST}" -i "${DURATION}" -g "${GDB}" -o "${OPROFILE}" -p "${PREFIX}" -s "${STRACE}" -t "${TCPDUMP}" -f "${PCT_THRESHOLD}" -m "${MB_THRESHOLD}" -- ${MYSQLOPTIONS}
