The config setting middlemouse.
This is a regression in Natty - in previous versions the user setting wasn't compromised this way.

The ubuntu-mods.js file from xul-ext-ubufox resets middlemouse. contentLoadURL to 'false' when Firefox starts with this extension enabled.
The attached patch resolves the problem for me.
