Bug Description
This benchmark problem computes the viscoelastic (Maxwell) relaxation of stresses from repeated infinite, strike-slip earthquakes in 3D without gravity. An analytical solution to this problem is described by Savage and Prescott (1978), which provides a simple way to check the numerical solution.
