Please sync foobillard 3.0a-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes have been merged into the Debian package.

  * Team upload.
  * Merge from Ubuntu:
    - update .desktop file to be freedesktop and GNOME HIG compliant
    - debian/control:

    - debian/foobillard.menu:
      - added icon
  * Adjust debian/patches/07_superfluous_link_libraries to fix linking
