mod_nss is using port 8443

Bug Description

It looks like mod_nss is using port 8443, so if it was to be enabled on apache, it would collides with the CLC/Walrus/SC. Searching the intertubes a bit, it looks like the module is important for FIPS compliance (https://stomp.colorado.edu/blog/blog/2010/06/04/on-setting-up-mod_nss/). The issues was raised and found by IRC user dgilmore.
