Firefox flash not loading subtitles in Firefox (Chrome works)

Flash movie player works different than in Chrome. It should have a sub icon in the top right and should automatically load subtitles, but it does not. Windows Firefox works ok.

I will add screen captures from Chrome and Firefox to see the differences. The View as HTML5 is also missing in Firefox.

And this is from Firefox. "Vizioneaza cu HTML5" (view as HTML5) is missing also, I guess it is in H.264 and not in WebM format.
