init.d/cryptdisks doesnt create symlinks in /dev/disk/by-*

Binary package hint: cryptsetup
Since edgy we're using UUID=<volume-uuid> or LABEL=<
For this we got to have symlinks in /dev/disk/
I'm using feisty amd64 and cryptsetup 2:1.0.4-8ubuntu2

This patch should fix this issue at least for 2:1.0.4-8ubuntu2:
This would create swaps everytime with $dst as label, don't know if it's the best way, but seemed only useful solution.
