Bug Description
Not sure how it supposed to work but every time there is too long message sent to main chat, it gets trunked .. and thats it.
I was suspecting hub acting differently on every setting i do on !set mc_length_action
Ttried: Notify, Warn, Kick, NotifyOpchat - and reaction was always the same: message trunked

function doesnt have the action part coded, only the security actions are active
