Vandelay capture and report invalid import item fields

As of 2.2, Vandelay has the ability to track record and item import failure reasons. It's not currently capturing a lot of detail about invalid item import data, though, and in some cases, invalid item data can cause an import failure. Linked is a branch that addresses this by checking all of the (non-boolean) item import fields for correctness. At the first invalid field, the error code is captured and the code moves on. Items with errors will not be imported when/if the record is imported.

Note to whoever merges this branch... please remove the extra ".sql" from the end of XXXX.schema.vandelay-item-import-error-detail.sql.sql
