Bug Description
While using MS Exchange calendars, the events created on thunderbird 5 successfully pop up on outlook 2010. However, snoozing the reminder on outlook or thunderbird 5 does not pop the event back up at the scheduled time.

It doesn't pop up in outlook either? That's odd then. Could you please record a debug log for when you snooze the event?
