Please sync argparse 1.2.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
the delta has been applied in debian.
Upgrading might introduce an upgrade bug similar to bug 793695 in oneirc. It does not affect the upgrade from natty to oneiric.
To avoid this upgrade problem a preinst would have to be added to the debian package to remove some problematic symlinks before installation.
The issue was discussed with Barry Warsaw and we agree that at this point in development it is probably best to ignore this issue instead of carrying a delta.

argparse 1.2.1 is a bugfix release so it should not introduce upstream regressions.

argparse (1.1-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Change address to my official Debian address
  * Add debian/source/format to explictly specify the source format

on closer look I discovered that the argparse egg is versioned, thus no upgrade problem exists.
The new version does not fix any important bugs so so no sync is needed at this point.
