Bug Description

Hi there,
after activating usb-support for my nokia mobile phone, the cpu goes up to 100%.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install+update Windows XP as guest in virtualbox 4.0.4 (host: Ubuntu natty, updated 8.8.2011)
2) Install nokia ovi suite
3) Hardware-Connect your nokia mobile phone via cable. Watch the harmless cpu load.
4) Activate USB-support for your nokia phone in VBox. Watch your cpu load reaching 100%.
5) Deactivate USB-support for your nokia phone. Watch your cpu load dropping down.
6) Reproduce steps 1-3 in Windows (dual-boot, without virtualbox). Everything will work fine.

Test-case: USB mouse
After activating usb support, windows (guest) informs about newly detected hardware, but nothing else seems to happen. The usb-mouse is not movable in both os'es. On the other side, the cpu does not seem to be affected.
