Bug Description

Branch.last_revision() is much slower than it can be on large revision
histories. The attached trivial patch improves the speed by a couple of
hundred milliseconds on a large branch (Samba4), though it's not ready
for inclusion yet.

format 6 branches can do last_revision in constant time.
