Confirmed on Ubuntu 11.10, gnome-terminal 3.0.1-0ubuntu3. I've upgraded to it from 11.04

I've found solution:

"CompizConfig Settings Manager" -> "Ubuntu Unity Plugin" -> remove "Key to open the first panel menu"

I had to restart unity (unity --replace) to apply configuration at first time, but then I could change it on the fly.
