Bug Description

Installed oneiric Alpha 3 Lubuntu Desktop i386 into a Virtualbox VM.
Installed went fine, so did updating with sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade.
Logging in, clicking on Start -> System Tools -> Time and Date causes this application crash.
This is repeatable, happens every time.

Other details just in case it helps:

(1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu oneiric (development branch)
Release: 11.10

(2) apt-cache policy gnome-system-tools
gnome-system-tools:
  Installed: 2.32.0-0ubuntu7
  Candidate: 2.32.0-0ubuntu7
  Version table:
 *** 2.32.0-0ubuntu7 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/universe i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

(3) I expected the utility to run and so allow setting time and date preferences.

(4) Instead, it crashed and apport offered to report the issue, so I used it to do so.
