ccsm need an option to change launcher background color

Now that ccsm has an option to change launcher opacity (bug #815032), adding an option to change launcher background color should be a good idea.

How about it(optionally) get the color from the gtk theme, would make a lot of people happy.

We could add an option to get the color from the gtk theme and an option to use a specific color (of course the former prevails).
