Bug Description

It would be *really* useful if apt-add-repository had a -u|--update flag, that would immediately trigger an apt-get update on a successful repository addition.

It seems I *always* run:
 $ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:foo/ppa
 $ sudo apt-get update

Rarely, if ever, are these two decoupled for me. It would be nice if I could just tell apt-add-repository to JFDI ;-)

I would argue that apt-add-repository should automatically update after adding. If there is a good reason for it not to do this automatically then adding -u would be a good compromise.

I am struggling to think of a situation where it would be harmful or even undesirable to perform an update after the add. In which case possibly the default should be to do the update, with a switch to prevent it.
