Bug Description
Currently, the add-on does not support the creation or deletion of address books. However, if a user attempts to delete an EDS address book, the add-on flips out and all of the EDS address books are removed from the Thunderbird address book (no data loss though). Restarting Thunderbird currently fixes this problem as of 0.3.1a.
What'd be better for now is to just prevent users from deleting EDS address books until that feature is supported.

So, along with the fix for bug 820893, I've added an alert dialog to tell the user that deleting the address books removes them from the manager, but can be restored by restarting.
This will all be moot once I implement EDS address book deletion - but that's down the road somewhat.
