Parmetis is not available

I have tried installing FEniCS via Dorsal on Mac OS X.
It does not find Parmetis which appears to be on the list of required installations.
The web site seem to be missing. Do you know if it is temporary down? Is there a way around this problem?

ParMETIS 4.0 has been released and the old version is now available from
 http://glaros.dtc.umn.edu/gkhome/fsroot/sw/parmetis/OLD. This is fixed now in dorsal-dev.
