Bug Description
The only thing that show on the error console is:
Error: [Exception... "'Method not implemented' when calling method: [nsIAuthPrompt2
The debug log is in the attached file. The events are a mix of recurring and one time events. All of them are in Exchange 2007 and viewable from OWA (I am on Linux, so no Outlook). There are no duplicates. Google calendar and local calendar do not exhibit this behavior.

Thanks for the log. Can you capture also a section when you press "Dismiss"? This does not show up. Possibly you're suffering from a Lightning bug; please try Lightning 1.0b5, which fixed some serious alarm regressions.
