Bug Description

Hello,

Once a while, it happens that my volume is set to a low level when I launch Alarm clock. Sometimes I remember to increase the volume right before/after activating an alarm and going to bed, but sometimes I don't, and as a result I don't hear the alarm, and don't wake up :(

It would be great to be able to define the volume used by an alarm. This would be an alarm-level parameter defined by a 0-100 slider. When the alarm would be fired, Alarm-clock would store the current level, set the user-defined target level, and when the alarm is stopped/snoozed it would restore to the stored pre-alarm level. PulseAudio per-application levels could be used too.

FreeAlarmClock under Windows has such an option and it's great. I hope it gets in Alarm clock in the future :)
Thanks for the great work!
