I could not reproduce this bug on an up-to-date oneiric system.
Could you please confirm that using a version of jockey >= 0.9.4-0ubuntu4, this bug do no longer happen?

I have the bug in Ubuntu 12.04 precise pangoline beta2 (updated)
If i try to activate the "post installation" driver for the video card I get this error

I just received this error while installing nVidia drivers on a new Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit install. So I am guessing it is not yet fixed? This is an install of the official release, not a beta.

Same issue, Ubuntu 12.04 release, 64 bit system. Trying to activate the post-install Nvidia drivers took a long time finally this error.

when i try actualize to next kernel,crash completely the interface
and i can't do anything

I am not 100% sure but the patch improved it a little bit but it still needs more work, good job on the patch tho :)
