For patches extracted from LP revision emails, always use the user's @linaro.org address as the author

Bug Description
When we parse revision emails sent by LP we use the email address listed there as the committer as the author, but not everybody has their @linaro.org address as their preferred email in LP, so their bzr commits are not included in the statistics. That is not fair and we should attribute those patches to their @linaro.org persona when parsing revision email from LP
