mrp-operations - workorders - all operations are set to start in the same time even if there are times defined for each operation

Prerequisites:
Have a route with two or many operations with time set to something (00:01) in Routings->Routing Workcenters lines
Create a manufacturing order for the product with this route
Go to workorders related to this MO
-> they all start at the same time

Expected result:
I presume that at least following operations should be delayed by adding the time to execute previous operation, unless there is a way to tell that operations can be conducted simultaneously.

I am confirming this issue because the minute is doesn't calculated in workorder.

Only hours are calculated.
