'Clear' button in tree view does wrong action

Bug Description
Hi,
An object with multiple search view will has this issue. Take object stock.picking as example. stock.picking has 3 menus Incoming Shipments, Internal Moves, Delivery Orders. Each type has different search view.
1. Click on menu Internal Moves
- it will get right search view for this window action (view_stock_
2. Click on 'Available' filter button in this search view.
3. Then click on 'Clear' button to clear all filters.
- now it displays different search view (search view with the lowest priority, in this case search view of menu Incoming Shipments, view_picking_

This bug is being closed as Won't Fix in the OpenERP Web Client project, as it is not going to be developed further after the 6.0 series. It will be replaced in 6.1 by a newer and better web frontend known as the OpenERP Web project[1], so further R&D efforts on the 6.0 project would be wasted.
Bugs affecting customers in production of course continue to be handled via the OpenERP Enterprise (OPW) maintenance service.
