"Select default theme" combo box does not show already installed themes

Bug Description
Hello,
1) Start OpenLP and go to "Tools -> Re-Run First Time Wizard"
2) Click "Yes" and click "Next" until you come to the "Default Settings" page (it is the page after the page where you can download themes)
Result:
The "Select default theme" combo box does not show those themes you already have installed. This is annoying when you re-run the wizard because you want to install one of the sample themes, but do not want to set it to the default theme.
Expected:
All installed themes should be in the combo box and the global theme should be preselected.
