some windows are shown incorrectly

Sometimes some maximized windows (banshee, firefox, thunderbird) are shown incorrectly. There is free space in the top of the window.

To reproduce:
1. Start Banshee player
2. Start track playing
3. Minimize Banshee window
4. Right click on Banshee icon in the launcher and click exit in this menu
5. Open Banshee using sound menu
