Bug Description
The ovswitchjournals command currently switches journals for the DEFAULT region. It should have an option to allow specifying what region's journal to switch, e.g.
ovswitchjournals -r DEFAULT dev
ovswitchjournals -r KBSQL dev
Omitting the option would switch journals for all regions.
