Bug Description

Versions affected: Evergreen master through rel_2_0

Perl tests are broken, breaking the build: http://testing.evergreen-ils.org/buildbot/builders/evergreen-master-ubuntu-10.04-x86/builds/909/steps/test/logs/stdio is one example

Commit e9cd992fa4dbf1013346336193cb7469ecee10a8 introduced a new set of tests for MFHD which, unfortunately, repeated the same mistake that had previously been fixed in f017d1261c369b9b5cc3c9cfc4f50d3cdf12a445 - a filename was passed to open() for use as testdata, without recognizing that if the tests are run from a different directory, the file will not be found and the test will fail with an error.
