fetch-image: No feedback on l-m-c error

Bug Description

If there is an error in l-m-c then fetch-image doesn't report this to the user.

RELEASE NOTE:
* The linaro-fetch-image-ui tool doesn't report errors from running linaro-media-create. This means that if image creation fails it will be reported as completing successfully, but the image won't work.

moving release noted bugs forward to next milestone; typically this hsould be done by PM/RMs during release post mortem (after known issues have been docmented in release notes).

fetch-image now will tell the user if a step failed. The new version is due to be released.
