Bug Description
This bug is meant to track the issue of Launchpad's codebrowse needing restarting due to swapping. The incident log from 2011-07-27 11:24:22 that I'm basing this bug on read:
"Restarted codebrowse 1 & 2 on guava due to them swapping"
We don't have much more to go on yet, but this bug will allow us to track info about the issue as it happens.
