Bug Description

Affected version: 0.7.94.2ubuntu6.2 (Lucid Lynx)

Upgrading a package may lead to partial removal of other upgradeable packages.

Situation before upgrade:

Installed packages:
* A (version 1)
* B (version 1)

Available packages:
* A (version2, Conflicts: B (<< 2)
* B (version 2)

If you run pkg.mark_upgrade() on pkg A (Version 1) package B will be marked for removal instead of marked for upgrade.

Real life example:
Installed packages:
* libpcsc-lite1 (Version 1.5.3-1ubuntu4.1)
* pcscd (Version 1.5.3-1ubuntu4.1)

Available packages:
* libpcsc-lite1 (Version 1.5.3-1ubuntu4.2)
* pcscd (Version 1.5.3-1ubuntu4.2)
