The shutdown icon has lost the restart option

Bug Description
When trying to restart system if you click on the icon to shutdown/
Im not sure if this is unity or if it is something else that the icon is called.
Also my name is no longer attached to that icon anymore

1. open a terminal or VT and type " sudo reboot"
2. tap ctrl+alt+delete 2 times
