The shutdown icon has lost the restart option

Bug Description

When trying to restart system if you click on the icon to shutdown/logout/ect... there is no restart option

Im not sure if this is unity or if it is something else that the icon is called.

Also my name is no longer attached to that icon anymore

sorry here are work around

1. open a terminal or VT and type " sudo reboot"
2. tap ctrl+alt+delete 2 times
